Cancellation Policy

1. Excursions: a) All guests must have a valid travel insurance. b) All guests can cancel bookings 24 hrs before their excursion/program and get a 100% refund. Cancellations less than 24 hrs or No Show: no refund OR rescheduling will be made. c) Rise Adventures can cancel activities at any time due to dangerous conditions and in this case, guests will get a 100% refund (and absolutely nothing else). Rise Adventures will never cover plane tickets or any expenses other than our own product. d) If you encounter any difficulties, or have any complaints, please do not hesitate to send a text message to +47 906 75 798 or an e-mail to Jorgen@riseadventures.no e) Guests have the obligation to inform as soon as possible about any lack or problem encountered during the program. f) Rise Adventures does not accept minors alone, all minors must be accompanied by an adult who is responsible for them. g) All guests can complain and ask for a partial or total refund to Jorgen@riseadventures.no in case they did not get what the program offered. In case guests and the company disagree on the complaint or refund, guests can complain to post@forbrukerradet.no h) All guests have the right to transfer their booking to other guests as long as the program date is the same. According to paragraph 18 of the package act, all guests can do this up to 7 days before the programs start. By purchasing this product/program/package, the customer confirms that he/she has read, understood, and accepted all the terms and conditions explained above. Tromso, June 7th, 2024
